Pretty and peaceful tho' it is, trundling along a canal towpath isn't the most exciting way to spend the day! Managed another 10 miles today, which has got me to the outskirts of Preston - tomorrow it's road all the way, finishing as far south of the Ribble as we can comfortably get. At least Preston should be a bit quieter on a Sunday. We'll see what the weather forecast says before deciding what to do on Monday.
