IT DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!

The South West Coastal Path is certainly not easy!  It's pretty strenuous, very uppy-downy, rocky, tortuous, muddy, slippery - in fact 6 miles of this is as hard as 12 along the road - but on a day like this, sunny, great visibility, a cool breeze, waves crashing on the rocks, a new and spectacular view round every corner, it's worth every bit of the effort and more!
Jane dropped me at the start, at Raginnis, walked a bit with me, then went back and drove round to meet me at Lamorna Cove.  We had a coffee (and Jane got a parking ticket), then she walked a bit more before driving round to the end, at Penberth, and walking back to meet me.
Haven't done so much proper climbing since Wales - I shall certainly be stiff tomorrow!
Only two more stages to go.  Tomorrow is only a short stage but I pass both the Porthcurno Telegraph Museum and the Minack Open Air Theatre, both of which provide good excuses to linger.  Saturday is slightly longer - from Porthgwarra to Land's End.  Finish!
Then what?
Please - it's not too late to donate if you can possibly manage it - and please spread the word amongst friends.  If you use Facebook, please like and SHARE this blog!  Thanks so much to all those of you who have helped and donated so far!
