BARMY WEATHER FOR THE TIME OF YEAR!

Balmy indeed!  Glorious sunshine as we walked across the causeway, climbed to the top of St Michael's Mount and had a good wander round the amazing castle at the top.  Fabulous views all round!
Then, after coffee and cake, we sauntered across the sands to Penzance, getting thoroughly wet feet in the process!  We found a superb little specialist tobacconist in Penzance and bought a couple of new pipes - the we had a couple of excellent pints in the pretty and peaceful beer garden of the Turk's Head, the oldest pub in Penzance.
An easy little bus journey and a short walk - and here we are back in our campsite in Marazion, thinking about what to do for dinner tonight.
Tomorrow promises to be an equally gentle stroll round the bay, through Newlyn to Mousehole - and the weather forecast looks fairly benign again.  After that, we hit the more strenuous coastal path past the Minack Theatre and then on to Land's End. Spread over three days, it shouldn't be too much like hard work!  Looking forward to the celebration!
