Started well today! A nice walk over from Discoed to Lower Harpton then, just near the top of the second climb, the rain set in. Miserable - all the way down to Kington.
Spent a pleasant 3 hours in the Swan Inn, waiting for Jane to arrive from home - then went back to collect the minibus, then drove to the camp site. Arrived in the dark, couldn't find a hook-up point, drove round the field and got completely stuck in the mud! Hey, ho! Looking forward to a great night - no heat, no brew-up - just Jane to keep me warm! Roll on tomorrow and let's hope the farmer can pull us out with his tractor!
