Nearly 500 miles done, so another celebration is imminent! Can anyone suggest a good pub near Eccleston for Saturday night?
I'm planning to meet up with Anthony Hewitt (Land's End - JoG cyclist with piano) at his concert in Clitheroe this Friday, then I'll be walking from Sod Hall Lane (near Preston) down to Eccleston on Saturday, on to Upholland on Sunday and then to somewhere near St Helens on Monday.
Next Saturday (26 May) I should get to the Mersey Bridge at Widnes and then on to Frodsham on Sunday and beyond, towards Chester on Monday.
I'm really hoping that lots of friends from Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire and Cheshire will be able to join me - or meet up for a pint or two! Please get in touch if you can - and do let me know when and where anything musical is happening and I'll try to come and listen!
