SO IT DOES RAIN IN SCOTLAND!

At least it does a bit! Big walk today, 10 miles from Tummel Bridge up the long hill over the top and down the even longer hill to Kenmore and Loch Tay. Started in the rain and it cleared up during the climb with bits of sun and nice views, then it started again at the top and cleared up half way down, then we even got some sunlight and sunshine! Jane joined me for the last little bit along the river (having been supplying me with shelter, food and drink all day!) Kenmore is a pretty place with castles, a cute church, a splendid bridge, the oldest pub in Scotland and lovely views of Loch Tay and the river. Forecast for tomorrow is good, which is good, because it's an even bigger hill and an even longer walk over to Amulree.
